Below is a guide to refreshing your browser's Cache for the common Web Browsers.

Google - Chrome

  1. Click the List icon (three horizontal bars) in the top right.
  2. Hover your mouse over Tools (around the middle of the menu) and select Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Select "Beginning of Time" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the Empty the Cache checkbox (along with any other data types you wish to remove).
  5. Click the Clear button to confirm.

You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Chrome.

Mozilla - Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox drop-down menu in the top left.
  2. Hover your mouse over History then select Clear Recent History.
  3. Extend the Details menu and select Cache from the list (along with any other data types you wish to remove).
  4. Select Everything from the Time Range drop-down menu.
  5. Select Clear Now to confirm.

You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Firefox.

Microsoft - Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Gear (next to the Home and Star icons) in the top right and select Internet Options.
  2. Under the General tab, select Delete… from the Browsing History section.
  3. Select Temporary Internet Files and uncheck all other options (including Preserve Favorites web data).
  4. Click the Delete button at the bottom to confirm

Opera Software - Opera

  1. Click the Opera drop-down menu in the top left.
  2. Hover your mouse over Settings and select Delete Private Data…
  3. Click the Detailed Options menu, select Delete entire cache and uncheck all other options (except any other data types you wish to remove).
  4. Click the Delete button to confirm.

You have successfully cleared your internet Cache in Opera.

Apple - Safari

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right.
  2. Select the Reset Safari… menu item.
  3. Select Remove all website data and uncheck all other options (except any other data types you wish to remove).
  4. Click the Reset button to confirm.
