The quickest way to notify your Users is with the Notify/Remind feature. Click here for detailed information about how this feature works and what to expect.

Notify/Remind your testers about your Surveys or posted Releases. The Notify/Remind feature is available as a hover-over action for appropriate resources - Surveys, Content, and Releases - enabling you to send a quick email (similar to Quick Invite’s template) to the suitable recipients with just a few clicks. This is a broad stroke that notifies / reminds all users who have access to take your Survey.

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Surveys
  3. Hover over the Survey you want to prompt users to complete
  4. Click Notify Users
  5. Customize messaging as you like
  6. Follow safety net  prompt to complete

Another common method is to email your Testers from within the system with a customized email template. This leverages User Management and is unique due to its ability to target specific teams to notify with a more customizable email. You may copy the Survey link's URL from the left-hand menu or click Survey Link within Survey Management to distribute a Google Shortlink. 

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Users button in the main body area.
  3. Select the desired Filter and View, and select the Action Show User List.
  4. Click the Perform Action button under the Action drop-down.
  5. Click the Check Box to the left of the User you wish to include on your email.
  6. Repeat step 5 for each additional User you wish to include on your email.
  7. Select the Action Email Users at the bottom of the page.
  8. Click the Go button to the right of the Action drop-down.
  9. Select the desired Email Template (from the Templates drop-down at the top of the page) or build a custom email by filling out the page (must have at least a Subject and Body).
  10. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page when you are satisfied with the content of your email.
  11. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page after previewing the email.



The ensure that Users complete a Project Survey, simply set the Survey as a Notice. Notices are content that users must view before they reach the Project Homepage.

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left hand menu.
  2. Click the Surveys button in the main body area.
  3. Click the table cell of the Survey you wish to display to Users.
  4. Click the Notice check box to the right of the Team you wish to have access.
  5. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
