Project Email Logs allow you to set filters in order to search through emails previously sent or currently in queue.

Create Email Log:

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Email button in the main body area.
  3. Click the Create a New Email Log Filter link at the bottom of the Email Logs table
  4. Select all desired variables, and check Save Email Log Filter and give your filter a name.
  5. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully created a Project Email Log.

Modify Email Log:

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Email button in the main body area.
  3. Hover over the table cell of the desired Email Log and click the pencil icon.
  4. Modify all desired variables.
  5. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully modified a Project Email Log.

Remove Email Log:

From the Project Homepage:

  1. Click the Project Tools link in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Email button in the main body area.
  3. Hover over the table cell of of the desired Email Log and click the X icon to the right.
  4. Click the Archive link to confirm.

You have successfully Archived a Project Email Log.
