Requirements

  • Moderate User Macros Role

Notes

  • Be very careful when setting up a Macro to Email a Team or Teams. Keep in mind that if you execute a Macro for multiple Users, that the Macro will Email the Team or Teams once for every time it executes. This means if you select all the Users on a Team, and run a Macro to Email that Team, that every member of that Team will get an email for every member of the Team. Typically you will want to use the Email User option instead, which just emails the individual.
  • The Show in User Management Actions check box will make the Macro available to yourself and other Managers when working with Cached Filter and View Data in User Management, giving convenient access to trigger your Macros for various Users.
