In your Centercode implementation you can Filter through User Feedback using the Advanced View on any feedback type. This will help you narrow down and easily find any particular Feedback you are interested in seeing.

Create Feedback Filter:

  1. Click the link of the desired Feedback Type in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Switch to Advanced View link in the top right corner, if necessary.
  3. Click the New link to the right of the Filter drop-down list.
  4. Select the desired Data Set, Item, Default Qualifier, and optionally a Default Value.
  5. Click the Add To Filter button at the bottom of the Available Filter Items section.
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all desired Filter criteria have been added to the Filter.
  7. Complete any other desired Filter options.
  8. Click the Create Filter button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully created a Feedback Filter.

Modify Feedback Filter:

  1. Click the link of the desired Feedback Type in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the desired Filter from the Filter drop-down list.
  3. Click the Modify link to the right of the Filter drop-down list.
  4. Modify the existing Filter as desired.
  5. Click the Update Filter button at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully modified a Feedback Filter.

Remove Feedback Filter:

  1. Click the link of the desired Feedback Type in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the desired Filter from the Filter drop-down list.
  3. Click the Modify link to the right of the Filter drop-down list.
  4. Click the Remove Filter button on the bottom right side of the page.

You have successfully removed a Feedback Filter.

  • Manage Feedback Types Role
  • Moderate Filters Role (to modify or remove)
  • Create Filters Role (to create)
