Feedback Macro Schedules work like User Macro Schedules, and allow you to set a recurring Filter and Time-frame for a particular Feedback Macro to execute automatically. Feedback Macro Triggers allow you to set a Filter and either On Submission or On Modify property to determine when the Macro executes.

Requirements

  • Administrate Feedback Feedback role enabled.

Notes

  • Ideally, prepare a saved Filter and Macro to use with the Trigger or Schedule desired. This will save you time when completing the above steps.
  • When creating a Macro, the Only Run Once Per Feedback option can be selected to ensure the Macro doesn’t get triggered excessively.
