A Notice Macro is similar to a macro: It is a single instruction that expands automatically into a set of instructions to perform a particular task. However, being part of the Notice chain it will perform its action when users are confronted by the page containing Notice Macro within said Notice chain.

Notes

  • In order to create your Notice Macro, you will either need to have preexisting Macros for use with the Notice Macro, or create a Macro as you are building it.
  • The Static Notice Macro will execute once automatically for those Users on the correct Teams (or each time they hit the Notice in the case of a Recurring Static Notice Macro).
  • The Conditional Notice Macro will execute the True Filter once if the Filter Conditions are met for those Users on the correct Teams (or each time they hit the Notice in the case of a Recurring Notice Macro). If the Filter Conditions are not met, then it will execute the False Macro (if one exists) instead.
  • Conditional Notice Macros give exceptional power to the Manager, allowing them to craft a very custom Notice process that can result in users ending up on different Teams based on responses to Survey questions, or automated emailing to User Teams based on actions taken during the Notice process. There are many more variations that can be invented with Notice Macros to meet unique custom User experience goals, so get creative!
